A man is a head of the family

The man is regarded as the head of the household in Sotho culture. Women are categorized as farmers and childbearers. All Sotho organize family responsibilities into gender-specific domains, but the Pedi maintain a stricter division of living space into male and female areas.

According to gender equality, do you think women can not do what men do?

  3. Women most definitely can do what men can do, nowadays women even work jobs that were classified as men's job before (like plumbing)

  4. We live in the 21st century we all know that this days what men do women can also do

  5. We cannot ignore the fact that physically, men are muscular built; proving that indeed they are the ones to grind in order to put food on the table.. so the notions that come with the 21st century tend to be two-pronged( advantageous and disadvantageous) when it comes to equity and equality.!

  7. They can and even do more because if you could give a glance women are multitasking more way than a man can do

  9. Men and women are equally capable, you know sometimes women are looked upon by men who do not understand how hard it it to bear and raise children.

  10. I believe in women leadership and believe me women are not submissive to a sissies so it takes a real man to be head of the house and they are rare

  11. I personally believe that to a certain extend women can do what men can do, this means that they can do some while they cannot do some. Talking from the Christianity point of view men were given much authority than women since the beginning.

  12. That is just an old tale to me, because in my house my mom earns more than my dad yet they share the responsobilities evenly. My dad when my mom is not home and we left the undies outside he removes them unlike those days where men we narrow-minded believed that holding a panty means a weak man

  13. Can women dig the Graves? Like, ba nke dipeke ba lo cheka 🤔? Well, in my opinion, there are some things that men do but women can't, just like there are some things women can do but men can't.

  14. I strongly believe that men and women were created differently from Genesis. What men can do, we cannot do. What women can do, men cannot do. Hence the two were created to help each other balance life.

  15. That was before, now, now women are everywhere even under ground, they are hustling and winning and I love it

  16. Yes they can but sometimes not as good as men. I believe some situations don't need gender equality because women still have a soft spot that still needs to be spoiled just once in a lifetime

  17. I could just keep on reading without stopping

  18. What is it that women can do that men do? Why is gender equality only possessed with power, high seats and not the heavy workload men do? Let's see gender equality in Rivers where sand is lifted by spades into the trucks...
